GLICAR ET Winter windshield washer fluid concentrate is a high-quality concentrate designed for preparing a winter windshield washer fluid for effective cleaning of vehicle windshields and headlights. The product is not ready to use and must be diluted with water according to the recommended mixing ratio. Based on high-purity ethyl alcohol (ethanol), it provides excellent cleaning performance and reliable protection of the washer system against freezing at low temperatures.
Application
The washer fluid prepared by diluting GLICAR ET Winter Windshield Washer Fluid Concentrate is suitable for washer systems in:
- passenger cars,
- light commercial vehicles,
- trucks,
- buses,
- construction machinery,
- agricultural machinery,
- special-purpose vehicles,
- military vehicles.
The product is intended for cleaning windshields and headlights in all types of vehicles equipped with a washer system.
Properties
The formula is enriched with a pleasant fruity fragrance.
When properly diluted, the concentrate provides effective protection of the washer system during winter operation while maintaining excellent fluidity at low temperatures.
The product allows preparation of washer fluid with freeze protection adjusted to current operating conditions. For optimum performance, only the recommended dilution ratios should be used. Incorrect dilution may reduce freeze protection and negatively affect the product’s performance.
Dilution
GLICAR ET Winter Windshield Washer Fluid Concentrate is not ready to use. Before use, dilute with water according to the required level of freeze protection.
Recommended mixing ratios:
- 1 part concentrate + 1 part water = protection down to approx. -28°C
- 1 part concentrate + 2 parts water = protection down to approx. -18°C
- 1 part concentrate + 3 parts water = protection down to approx. -10°C
The above ratios are by volume.
Improper dilution may reduce freeze protection and impair the product’s performance.
Available Colors
As standard, GLICAR ET Winter Windshield Washer Fluid Concentrate is available in blue.
The color is achieved using high-quality mineral pigments that are neutral to the product’s performance characteristics.
