GLICAR G11 radiator fluid – This is a ready-to-use product, it does not require dilution or other treatments. Just pour it into an efficiently operating combustion engine cooling system and, assuming the system is tight, it ensures failure-free and maintenance-free operation of the system. The product should not be diluted. Using a diluted product may result in loss of its properties and even damage to the system.
Glicar G11 coolant is a product designed for professionals, completely free from glycerin additives. Its formula is the result of extensive research and the manufacturer’s experience, gathered in collaboration with leading transport, shipping, and taxi corporations. Experts in engines used in agriculture, the military, and construction also contributed to the product’s development. The result of the work of such an interdisciplinary team of specialists is a unique product formula that includes carefully selected corrosion inhibitors, stabilizers, and anti-foaming agents. When combined with high-quality demineralized water and monoethylene glycol as base components, it allows for the production of a truly top-quality product. Glicar G11 coolant is not only completely safe for any internal combustion engine but, above all, provides full protection against corrosion and degradation of metal components, gaskets, and seals. Glicar G11 protects the cooling system not only against corrosion and seal degradation but also prevents sedimentation and scale deposition. It keeps the system clean throughout years of operation. Moreover, it does not foam during system filling or operation, eliminating all issues related to foam presence in the system. Glicar G11 is an antifreeze fluid that protects the cooling system against low temperatures down to -35°C.
Glicar G11 coolant can be successfully used in the cooling systems of passenger cars, vans, trucks, buses, construction machinery, military equipment, both modern and historical military vehicles, tractors and agricultural machinery, as well as stationary engines.
The product conforms to the standards: PN93/C-40008-10; PN-C-40007; ASTM D 5931-13; ASTM D 1287-11; PN 93/C-40008-05; PN-C-4008-06:1993/AZ 1:2000.
The product meets the requirements for the AUDI/SEAT/SKODA/VW TL 774 C standard, ASTM D3306, BS 6580:2010, ASTM D 4985, ASTM D 5345, ANFOR NF R 15-601, DAF 74001, as well as Man 324 NF, Man 324 NF PRITARDER, MB 325.0, MB 325.2, and SAE J 814.
UV marker. At the customer’s request, the formula of GLICAR G 11 coolant can be enriched with a UV marker. This additive does not affect the physical and chemical properties of the product. The liquid containing the UV marker “glows” in the dark under the influence of UV radiation. This means that it is enough to darken the engine cooling system and illuminate it with UV light, e.g. from a pocket flashlight, to detect coolant leakage from a leaky installation or confirm its tightness. This can be done, for example, in a closed garage or underground parking lot. The manufacturer recommends the UV marker as a standard addition to all coolants used in all vehicles.
Color of GLICAR G11 Coolant. GLICAR G11 coolant is typically supplied in blue color. This color is achieved through the addition of a small amount of natural mineral pigment. The pigment added to the product does not affect its physicochemical properties. Upon customer request, the blue pigment can be replaced with green or yellow. Changing the color of the coolant may be driven by local regulations or cultural preferences in markets other than the domestic one.
Glicar G11 Coolant can be safely used in cooling systems based on brass, copper, and aluminum radiators, including soldered ones.
