GLICAR G11 radiator fluid is a ready-to-use product, it does not require dilution. It is enough to pour it into the efficiently functioning cooling system of the internal combustion engine, and assuming that the system is tight, it ensures trouble-free and maintenance-free operation. The product should not be diluted. Using a diluted product can lead to a loss of its properties and even damage to the engine.
Glicar G11 radiator fluid is a product completely devoid of glycerine additives. The product formula contains carefully selected anti-corrosion additives, stabilizers and anti-foaming agents. In combination with demineralized water and monoethylene glycol as base ingredients, this allows you to obtain a product of the highest quality. Glicar G11 is not only completely safe for any internal combustion engine, but above all it provides full protection against corrosion and degradation of metal components, gaskets and seals. Glicar G11 protects the cooling system not only against corrosion and degradation of seals, but also against precipitation of deposits and limescale. It keeps the system clean for years of operation. In addition, it does not foam both during filling the system and during its operation. Glicar G11 is an antifreeze that protects the cooling system from low temperatures down to -35°C.
Glicar G11 radiator fluid can be successfully used in cooling systems for passenger cars, vans, trucks, buses, construction machinery and vehicles, military equipment and military vehicles, both contemporary and historical, tractors and machinery used in agriculture, and stationary engines.
The product conforms to the standards: PN93/C-40008-10; PN-C-40007; ASTM D 5931-13; ASTM D 1287-11; PN 93/C-40008-05; PN-C-4008-06:1993/AZ 1:2000.
The product meets the requirements for the AUDI/SEAT/SKODA/VW TL 774 C standard, ASTM D3306, BS 6580:2010, ASTM D 4985, ASTM D 5345, ANFOR NF R 15-601, DAF 74001, as well as Man 324 NF, Man 324 NF PRITARDER, MB 325.0, MB 325.2, and SAE J 814.
UV additive.
On request, the recipe of the GLICAR G11 coolant fluid can be enriched with a UV dye. This additive does not affect the functional physicochemical properties of the product. A liquid containing a UV tag “glows” in the dark under the influence of UV radiation. This means that it is enough to darken the engine cooling system and illuminate it with UV light, e.g. from a pocket flashlight, to detect a coolant leak from a leaking system or confirm its leakage. The addition of a UV marker simplifies diagnostics and reduces diagnostic time so much that the manufacturer recommends a UV marker as a standard additive for all coolants used in all vehicles.
Color.
Glicar G11 is supplied in blue as standard. This color is obtained by adding a natural mineral pigment. The pigment does not affect the functional physicochemical properties of the product. At the customer’s request, the blue pigment can be replaced with green or yellow.
Remark!
Glicar G11 Coolant can be safely used in cooling systems based on brass, copper, and aluminum radiators, including soldered ones.
