Boiler Water, Circulating Water AQUACOR+ is ready-to-use circulating water based on high-quality demineralized water. The product does not require dilution and does not need any other preparation before application to the installation. AQUACOR+ Boiler Water, based on demineralized water, is environmentally safe and poses no risks to people. Potential leaks during the filling, operation, or careless handling of the product do not pose a threat to the natural environment, including groundwater, nearby water bodies, or the health and safety of operators and users. The unique formula of AQUACOR+ Circulating Water is the result of a ten-year experience of the Glitherm team. The product contains enhancing and stabilizing additives, corrosion inhibitors, anti-foaming agents, pH regulators, neutral pigments, and UV markers combined with high-quality, standardized demineralized water to guarantee the highest quality of the final product. As a result, AQUACOR+ provides corrosion protection for metallic elements of the installation, preserves and seals seals and gaskets. By stabilizing pH, it prevents the formation of boiler scale and the deposition of mineral sediments, keeping the installation clean. Anti-foaming additives prevent the working fluid from foaming during installation filling and operation, eliminating any problems related to the presence of dispersive mixtures in the system. AQUACOR+ Boiler Water ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation of any installation for many years. It prevents heat loss and improves the efficiency of both newly built and long-established installations.
“AQUACOR+ circulating water is a proposition for both professionals and domestic use. It is suitable wherever freeze protection is not required.”
UV Marker! AQUACOR+ Boiler Water can be enriched with a neutral UV Marker. This addition has no impact on the physicochemical properties of the product. The UV Marker causes the working fluid to ‘shine’ when exposed to UV radiation. This significantly facilitates the detection of any leaks or imperfections in the installation. Even if a minor leak occurs in hard-to-reach areas of the installation, simply illuminating the darkened section of the installation with UV light – for example, from a pocket UV flashlight – allows for a clear determination of the location and intensity of the leak. This user-friendly method of checking the tightness of the installation is particularly useful when handing over the completed installation to the user or investor. Even a layperson can confirm the installation’s tightness and its compliance with construction industry standards. The manufacturer recommends using the UV marker on every installation.
Colors and Tint of AQUACOR+ Boiler Water. AQUACOR+ Circulating Water is typically produced in a yellow color. The color is achieved by adding natural mineral-based dyes that have no impact on the product’s utility-related physicochemical properties. The yellow pigment can be replaced with any other color from the palette: pink, green, blue, or purple. Coloring in different shades is particularly relevant in markets other than the native one. Cultural or local regulations may require the use of a working fluid in the installation of a specific color. Upon customer request, boiler water can be provided without a dye and supplied as a colorless transparent liquid.
ATTENTION! The product should not be used in installations where freeze protection is required. AQUACOR+ Circulating Water can be safely used in installations made of most commonly used materials, including zinc, steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper and its alloys, and brass. Soldering the installation is not a contraindication for the use of AQUACOR+.
