GLICAR UNIVERSAL antifreeze is a high-quality product that can be an alternative to most products on the market. It can be successfully used in all liquid-cooled internal combustion engines. It can be used in agricultural equipment, vehicles and construction machinery, military equipment.
GLICAR UNIVERSAL antifreeze is a balanced formula based on monoethylene glycol. Carefully selected anti-corrosion additives, stabilizers and anti-foaming agents provide corrosion protection of metal elements, including aluminum, preserve and prevent premature wear of rubber elements as well as gaskets and seals. The product does not foam both during filling the system and during its operation. It does not deposit limescale inside the cooling system and protects the system against precipitation, maintaining its cleanliness. It is fully miscible with other monoethylene glycol-based liquids. GLICAR UNIVERSAL antifreeze fluid meets the requirements for antifreeze fluids. It does not freeze at temperatures down to -35°C, protecting the engine and its cooling system from low temperatures.
The product meets the requirements for PN-C-40007, ASTM D 3306 and BS6580.
UV Marker
GLICAR UNIVERSAL Antifreeze Coolant can be enriched with a UV additive. This dye is completely inert and does not affect the functional physicochemical properties of the product in any way. The addition of UV dye causes the liquid to glow in UV rays. Fluid labeled in this way reduces the diagnosis of system leaks to a few simple steps, and most importantly, it shortens the time to find the leak. It is enough to darken the entire system or its tested element, then illuminate it with light containing the UV spectrum. Even single drops glowing in the dark will be clearly visible, even in hard-to-reach places. The manufacturer recommends using radiator fluids with a UV marker for each cooling system.
Color.
GLICAR UNIVERSAL Antifreeze Coolant is coloured red as standard. The color of the product is obtained by adding natural mineral pigments. The pigments that are the source of the liquid color are completely neutral to the functional physicochemical properties of the product. The red pigment can be replaced by other pigments at the customer’s request, resulting in yellow, green or blue.
