Pork gelatin is a product of animal origin. The product is obtained in the process of partial acid hydrolysis (H2SO4) of the poptidic bonds of the collagen protein of pork hides. The product is not a nanomaterial. For production, animal products obtained from animals with an unchanged genome are used, thanks to which it is completely free of GMOs. The product does not contain allergens. Ionizing technologies are not used to fix the product, the product does not pose a BSE/TSE risk.
The product is packed in paper bags with an inner polyethylene layer. Bags with a net weight of 20 or 25 kg can be replaced with any wholesale packaging chosen by the customer. The bags are placed on a wooden pallet and are secured with stretch foil.
