The products are based on high-quality monopropylene glycol (MPG), making them a suitable solution for applications requiring a low-toxicity heat transfer fluid.<\/p>\n<p>GLITHERM PRO fluids are designed for use in heating, cooling and process installations where reliable protection of the system is required over multiple seasons of operation. They provide effective corrosion protection, help reduce the formation of scale and deposits, and support maintaining the cleanliness of the installation. Carefully selected raw materials and an advanced inhibitor package protect both the fluid and system components against degradation, extending the service life of the installation and supporting reliable and efficient operation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications<\/strong><br \/>\nGLITHERM PRO fluid is suitable for use in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heating, central heating and technological heat recovery systems<\/li>\n<li>Cooling and air-conditioning systems (HVAC)<\/li>\n<li>Heat pumps, including air-source and ground-source systems<\/li>\n<li>Refrigeration units and chilled water systems<\/li>\n<li>Installations using renewable energy sources, including solar systems<\/li>\n<li>Industrial process cooling systems<\/li>\n<li>Temperature control systems used in technological and production processes<\/li>\n<li>Industrial installations requiring a monopropylene glycol-based fluid<\/li>\n<li>Fire protection and sprinkler systems requiring freeze protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Material Compatibility<\/strong><br \/>\nGLITHERM PRO fluid is compatible with installations made of the following materials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>steel<\/li>\n<li>cast iron<\/li>\n<li>aluminium<\/li>\n<li>copper<\/li>\n<li>solder<\/li>\n<li>brass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Limitations<\/strong><br \/>\nGLITHERM PRO fluids should not be used in installations containing galvanized components, as they may accelerate corrosion and contribute to the formation of deposits, potentially reducing system performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UV Leak Detection Additive<\/strong><br \/>\nUpon customer request, the fluid can be supplemented with a UV tracer, which enables quick detection of leaks using a UV lamp. The additive does not affect the product&#8217;s performance properties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CLP Classification and Labelling<\/strong><br \/>\nAlways refer to the information provided on the product label.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Precautionary statements:<\/strong><br \/>\nP102: Keep out of reach of children.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions for Use:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Always follow the system operating recommendations provided in the manufacturer\u2019s instruction manual.<\/li>\n<li>The product is ready to use \u2013 it does not require dilution.<\/li>\n<li>Intended Use: A ready-to-use heat transfer fluid for heating systems, cooling systems, and circulation systems (provides protection against freezing and corrosion).<\/li>\n<li>System Preparation: Before filling, it is recommended to drain, flush, and clean the system to remove any contamination.<\/li>\n<li>Application: Fill the system with the working fluid and carefully remove all air (bleed the system).<\/li>\n<li>Control: Regularly check that the system is working properly and is leak-free. Periodically check the concentration (using a refractometer), pH level, and condition of the working fluid.<\/li>\n<li>Operation: Recommended replacement every 3\u20135 years or according to operating conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Limitations: Do not mix with other fluids or additives unless compatibility has been confirmed. Do not dilute. Do not modify the product composition.<\/li>\n<li>Storage: Store in tightly closed containers at +5\u00b0C to +30\u00b0C.
