Antifreeze coolant Glicar G11 Concentrate is not a finished product. Before use, it should be diluted with demineralized water in a 1:1 ratio. Detailed instructions on how to proceed with dilution of the product are available in the “Dilution” tab. The manufacturer strongly advises against using the product undiluted or diluted in proportions other than the recommended 1:1. Using an undiluted product can lead to loss of performance and even damage to the cooling system.
GLICAR G11 coolant concentrate is a high-quality product aimed at the most demanding customers. The GLICAR G11 coolant, obtained after diluting the concentrate, protects the radiator and cooling system components from low temperatures down to -35°C. The unique composition, enriched with numerous refiners and corrosion inhibitors, guarantees full protection of metal components against corrosion. Rubber components, gaskets and seals are not only protected, but also maintained, which eliminates the problems of premature aging of these components. Anti-foaming additives prevent the fluid from foaming both when filling the radiator and during operation. By using GLICAR G11 in your radiator, you will avoid problems caused by foaming of the working medium.
Glicar G11 can be used in a wide range of internal combustion engines, from engines powering scooters and motorcycles, through passenger cars, vans and minibuses, vans and trucks, buses, vehicles and military equipment, tractors, and agricultural or construction machinery. GLICAR G11 is a product designed for cooling systems of engines powered by petrol, diesel and LPG. GLICAR G11 coolant can also be successfully used in stationary engines, such as power generators or field power plants, both civil and military.
The product has the following standards: PN93/C-40008-10; PN-C-40007; ASTM D 5931-13; ASTM D 1287-11; PN 93/C-40008-05; PN-C-40008-06:1993/AZ 1:2000 .
The fluid obtained after dilution of the concentrate meets the requirements of AUDI/SEAT/SKODA/VW TL 774 C; ANFOR NF R 15-601; ASTM D 2570; ASTM D3306; ASTM D 4985; ASTM D 5345; BMW GS 94000; BMW N 600 69.0; BS 6580:2010; DAF 74001; Man 324 NF; Man 324 NF PRITARDER; MB 325.0; MB 325.2; SAE J814.
UV Additive
On request, the GLICAR G11 radiator fluid concentrate can be enriched with a UV additive. The UV dye is completely inert to the physicochemical properties of the product. It gives the effect of fluorescence of the liquid in UV light. Diagnosing the tightness of the cooling system with such a “marked” fluid is easy, and most importantly, it saves time to find the leak site. Simply illuminate the radiator and other components of the cooling system with UV rays, for example with a UV flashlight, to obtain a clear leak test result. Even the smallest leak hidden in hard-to-reach places of the system will be found in a short time when we have such a diagnostic tool as a UV marker in the coolant. The manufacturer recommends using a UV tag for each cooling system
