GLICAR DOT-4 is a high-quality brake fluid designed for hydraulic braking systems and hydraulic clutch actuation systems. The product is ready to use and requires no dilution. Manufactured from high-quality raw materials and formulated with advanced additives, it ensures reliable brake system performance, effective corrosion protection, and stable operating characteristics in both low and high temperatures.

Applications
GLICAR DOT-4 is suitable for hydraulic brake and clutch systems in:
passenger cars,

light commercial vehicles,
vans and minibuses,
motorcycles,
scooters,
light-duty commercial vehicles,
machinery and equipment equipped with hydraulic systems requiring DOT-4 brake fluid.

The product is intended for all vehicles where the manufacturer specifies brake fluid meeting the DOT-4 standard.

Material Compatibility
GLICAR DOT-4 is compatible with hydraulic systems containing:

steel components,
aluminium components,
rubber seals,
elastomers,
plastic components.

Its advanced formulation protects hydraulic system components against corrosion, minimizes deposit formation, and helps prevent premature wear of seals.

Performance Characteristics
GLICAR DOT-4 features:

dry boiling point of minimum 230°C,
excellent low-temperature fluidity (down to -40°C),
low viscosity for reliable operation of ABS and ESP systems,
excellent resistance to foaming,
effective corrosion protection for hydraulic components.

The recommended service interval is up to 3 years, in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.

Instructions for use:

Use the brake fluid according to the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions.
Pour directly into the cold system through the expansion reservoir.
The fluid level should be between the MIN and MAX marks.
Do not overfill the reservoir.
Start the engine and wait until operating temperature is reached.
Get into the vehicle and press the brake pedal several times.
Switch off the engine and allow it to cool down.
After cooling, check the fluid level and top up if necessary.
Repeat these steps until the fluid level remains stable.
