AQUACOR+ is a ready-to-use circulating water fluid formulated based on demineralized water and high-quality corrosion inhibitors. The product is designed for heating and process installations where protection against freezing is not required.

Its advanced formulation effectively protects metal components against corrosion, stabilizes the pH value, and limits the formation of limescale and mineral deposits. A specially selected package of protective additives helps maintain system cleanliness, protects seals, and supports high efficiency and reliable operation of the system over an extended service life.

AQUACOR+ is ready to use and does not require dilution or any additional preparation before filling the system. The incorporated UV tracer facilitates the detection of potential leaks during system servicing and operation.
The product is suitable for both domestic and industrial installations wherever a high-quality working fluid based on demineralized water is required without the need for freeze protection.

UV Leak Detection Additive
The product is enriched with a UV tracer that enables quick detection of system leaks using a UV lamp. The additive does not affect the product’s performance properties.

Instructions for Use:

Always follow the system operating recommendations provided in the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
The product is ready to use – it does not require dilution.
Intended Use: A ready-to-use heat transfer fluid for heating systems, cooling systems, and circulation systems (provides protection against freezing and corrosion).
System Preparation: Before filling, it is recommended to drain, flush, and clean the system to remove any contamination.
Application: Fill the system with the working fluid and carefully remove all air (bleed the system).
Control: Regularly check that the system is working properly and is leak-free. Periodically check the concentration (using a refractometer), pH level, and condition of the working fluid.
Operation: Recommended replacement every 3–5 years or according to operating conditions.
Limitations: Do not mix with other fluids or additives unless compatibility has been confirmed. Do not dilute. Do not modify the product composition.
Storage: Store in tightly closed containers at +5°C to +30°C. Protect from contamination and extreme conditions.
Safety: Use in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

We offer AQUACOR+ Boiler Water and Circulation Water in a wide range of retail and wholesale packaging. Depending on the customer’s preferences, the product can be packaged in the following packages:

20L canister – 12 pcs on half pallet, 42 pcs on a EURO pallet, 48 pcs on an industrial pallet.
220L drum – 1 pc on half pallet, 2 pcs on a EURO pallet, 4 pcs on an industrial pallet.
1000L IBC.
Bulk in a tank truck/tank container.

We can provide other packaging upon request.

It is also possible to label packages with the customer’s label or prepare a label in the language of the destination country.

The canisters are packed on a collective pallet and secured with stretch foil.
