GLITHERM PRO CONCENTRATE is a highly concentrated heat transfer and antifreeze fluid designed to protect installations against freezing. The product is based on high-quality monopropylene glycol (MPG) and is intended for the preparation of working solutions with parameters tailored to the requirements of a specific installation.

GLITHERM PRO Concentrate is designed for use in heating, cooling and process installations where a working fluid based on monopropylene glycol is required. A carefully selected package of corrosion inhibitors and performance-enhancing additives provides effective corrosion protection, helps reduce the formation of deposits and supports the cleanliness of the system. High-quality raw materials protect both the fluid and installation components against degradation, ensuring long-lasting, reliable and efficient operation.
Dilution

GLITHERM PRO CONCENTRATE is not a ready-to-use product. It must be diluted with water before application. The manufacturer recommends using demineralized water to prepare working solutions.

To achieve the required level of freeze protection, prepare the mixture according to the following table:

Application Limitations
GLITHERM PRO fluids should not be used in installations containing galvanized components, as they may accelerate corrosion and contribute to the formation of deposits, potentially reducing system performance.

UV Leak Detection Additive
Upon customer request, the fluid can be supplemented with a UV tracer, which enables quick detection of leaks using a UV lamp. The additive does not affect the product’s performance properties.

Always follow the system operating recommendations provided in the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
Intended Use: A glycol-based concentrate (propylene glycol) for heating and cooling systems (protection against freezing and corrosion).

Instructions for Use:

Dilution: Dilute with water before use (demineralized water recommended).
System Preparation: Before filling, it is recommended to drain and flush the system.
Application: Fill the system with the prepared solution and thoroughly vent it.
Control: Periodically check concentration (refractometer), pH, and fluid condition.
Operation: Replacement recommended every 3–5 years or depending on operating conditions.
Limitations: Do not use the concentrate undiluted. Do not mix with other fluids.
Storage: Store in tightly closed containers at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Safety: Use in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

GLITHERM EKO Heat Transfer Fluid Concentrate can be used to prepare mixtures, working fluids used in:

Dilution

The manufacturer recommends diluting the concentrate with demineralized water.

To obtain specific frost resistance, you should prepare the mixture according to the table below:

If the minimum temperature at which the Heat Transfer Fluid is to work in your installation is not in the above list, the manufacturer strongly advises against setting this value yourself. The dilution of Glitherm ECO Concentrate for non-standard minimum operating temperatures should be consulted with Customer Service. The manufacturer’s technologists will carry out the appropriate calculations and present a dedicated individual solution.

Packaging and Labels

We offer GLITHERM EKO Antifreeze Concentrate in a wide range of retail and wholesale packaging. Depending on the customer’s preferences, the product can be packaged in the following packages:

20L canister – 12 pcs on half pallet, 42 pcs on a EURO pallet, 48 pcs on an industrial pallet.
220L drum – 1 pc on half pallet, 2 pcs on a EURO pallet, 4 pcs on an industrial pallet.
1000L IBC.
Bulk in a tank truck/tank container.

We can provide other packaging upon request.

It is also possible to label packages with the customer’s label or prepare a label in the language of the destination country.

The canisters are packed on a collective pallet and secured with stretch foil.
